The Senior Creative Designer will lead the design and development of branding and creative touch points across online and offline properties. If you have a strong track record of conceptualizing and creating rich and effective advertising campaigns and marketing communications (collateral, brochures, PowerPoint) and optimizing the online user experience across the portfolio of our properties (website and social network sites) then this opportunity is for you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead the creative strategy, design and development of all creative for us including online and offline marketing and the online user experience Develop compelling creative concepts that meet the marketing and business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy in a consistent way Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, delivering work on time and on budget at expected quality levels, even within tight timeframes Sell creative work across and up the organization, championing big ideas while hearing, accepting, and incorporating feedback from executives and internal constituent Evolve the look of our brand to become a respectable, fresh brand in the healthcare space Balance brand building vision with promotional, direct response business requirements Direct and inspire internal creative designers, copywriters, and production staff, and apply outside resources to complement the internal team as needed The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of what makes a truly great interactive experience A passion to inspire great design and ideas in a team environment The ability to set vision and drive concepts and strategies through the entire creative, development, and production process Demonstrated ability to develop business building creative in a direct response environment An extraordinary portfolio reflecting experiences in the interactive and offline spaces At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale web sites, e-marketing, and advertising Work experience with premium brands that have a superior aesthetic appearance Capacity to manage an extensive array of projects, ensuring that business needs are met while brand standards are honored Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Trademarked search technology allows users to search by specification the largest collection of online supplier catalogs. Suppliers representing their products and services gain a comprehensive marketing program designed to promote their brand and generate, track and manage highly-qualified sales leads. The Account Executive will consistently close new business in a highly competitive inside, consultative selling environment. Must have the ability to initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers in both small and large product manufacturers and service companies as it relates to Internet marketing and advertising programs in the industrial/engineering space. The ability to create interest and build value by use of a multi-call process is essential. Must be able to identify and develop strategies to overcome both obvious and hidden hurdles in the decision making process. Must be able to build a strong pipeline, close new business and expand customer relationships that ensure renewal and increase business. Job Requirements/Skill Specifications: Education: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. BA or BS preferred. Experience: 5+ years professional selling experience. Prior earnings in excess of $75,000 preferred. The ideal candidate will possess: Industry experience Previous experience selling marketing/advertising programs Proven ability to build a solid customer base through networking and cold calling prospective clients Prior experience with Internet product sales Prior experience with sales of Cost Per Click or Search Engine Optimization Programs preferred.
