This job fully integrates an individual into the engineering culture by performing specific quality engineering assignments that are limited in scope, depth and degree of skill required.Duties:Learns and uses quality planning tools and analysis to formulate/facilitate quality plans for new products within the product delivery, order fulfilment or customer support processes. Learns and uses quality tools consistent with quality processes to enable the focus on prevention by identifying and performing activities to minimize risk.Investigates product and process quality related issues and recommends changes to control plans and/or prints. Gathers and analyses data pertinent to quality tools in the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP), Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and/or Customer Support Process (CSP).Performs quality audits, including supporting International Standards Organization (ISO) audits, and maintains quality manual. Inputs and maintains information in factory databases and systems.Monitors quality plan tracking system. Assists in reviews and investigations of warranty claim information.

Specific Position Requirements:

The manager is looking for an entry level Quality Engineer for the 4-wheel drive loaders/product.Supporting line activities and addressing issues, both assembly and supplier related. Route cause analysis, quality tools.Will eventually be driving the loaders after additional training is received, but this would not occur often (1-2 times per year).May go to customer visits or visiting suppliers.Prefer an Engineering degree and 1-2 years of experience in a design or a QE role. Six Sigma training preferred.Familiar with MS Office is required – will be responsible for data analysis and warranty analysis in Excel (looking at trends in data/claims).

Position requires:

Knowledge of Quality Tools, such as NCCA (8 discipline problem solving method), QID (Quality in Design), Project Doc (Program management tool), DPAR (Design, Process, and Assembly Review), FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis.Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes; demonstrated experience with drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerance; ability to work independently, to stay on top of current business conditions, to prioritize projects, multi-task and meet deadlines

Level 3 Technical Support Support technician responsible for daily operations, installation and troubleshooting Servers, LAN and WAN environment, Desktops, Laptops

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for local coordination, installation and ongoing support of various computer systems.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SCCM, Windows XP.
Candidate will be required to setup and configure desktop and laptop equipment (Dell and Toshiba) with Windows XP, install and configure Windows 2003 Servers (HP). Strong troubleshooting capabilities are required.
Strong knowledge in installation and configuration of LAN/WAN Cabling (copper, fiber), telecommunications (PBX, Voice Mail) and Video Conferencing. Candidate will be required to install and configure switches (Cisco), install and setup multi-point videoconference equipment
Strong Project Management skills a plus. Requires the ability to create and manage project activity. Ability to take direction as well as being a self-starter
Candidate should be able to work under pressure. L3 has responsibility for computer room, servers, switches, and Video Conference equipment all of which have production impact and require immediate response / resolution
Candidate will work directly with Administrative Staff to identify issues and develop/implement countermeasures.
Strong proficiency in written/verbal communication skills
Team player with ability to multi-task, follow direction, and learn quickly
MCSE and other Microsoft or Cisco certifications preferred
Lotus Notes knowledge a plus
Provide 24 hour on-call coverage
Work Hours
Nominally 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Monday Friday initially. In the near future, expected work hours may be 6:30 p.m. 3:30 a.m. Monday Friday. Scheduled flextime may be available if coordinated with the team. Some amount of flex time, or overtime, will be required to meet business needs. Scheduled weekend work will also be required to meet business needs.

Position Summary:

This position will:

·         Perform service to the stores refrigeration system, consisting of single air cooled units, to remote parallel racks, HVAC units and refrigerated cases and coils

·         Need to be experience in all areas of refrigeration and HVAC maintenance

·         Service the electronic control system and HVAC package units

·         Trouble shooting of electrical components

·         Ability to service fractional horsepower units to 150 ton units

Essential Job Functions:

This job function will require a refrigeration service mechanic to be responsible for all refrigeration needs, preventative maintenance and service work for approx. 8-10 stores within a certain territory. This mechanic will pull 24/ 7 duty every 7 weeks.
