Working into the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, the successful applicant will manage and monitor day to day relationships for a number of PSI’s public/private partnerships (PPPs), expand targeted new partnerships and plan special events related to corporate engagements. The Manager will be based in Washington, DC with 20% domestic and international travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate PartnershipsManage day to day implementation of PPP strategy via the sourcing of new funds, creating capacity building opportunities, and providing knowledge and additional influence for PSIManage personal portfolio of selected existing partners; including Annual joint business plans, tracking and monitoring of partnership programs in the field, leading partnership trips and consolidating reporting requirementsManage compliance and contracts for focus partnerships – including, oversight of all incoming partner donations and contract obligations supported by Gift Processing Coordinator and overseeingpartnership invoices and expensesInternal Engagement within PSI that supports the implementation of country office staff partnerships training and supports the soliciting and relationship management of corporate partners
Technical and ProgrammaticKeep abreast of new PSI innovations, programs and technical news to ensure thorough understanding of PSI mission and operations.Manage internal relationships within CPP and other PSI/W departmentsCommunications and AdvocacyManage World Advocacy Day activities as partnership advocacy needs requireIncorporate existing partners into PSI Communications and Advocacy channelsSupport team on the management of Corporate Partnerships focused events such as the Annual General Meeting, Clinton Global Initiative and World Economic ForumQUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience in partnership or relationships management. Marketing and agency account management experience helpful.At least 4 years experience in program management and relationship building with field teamsUnderstanding of corporate social responsibility, public/private partnerships, shared value and international health communications desired.Energetic, pro-active and motivated individual willing to work unsupervised and take initiative.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, International Relations or related field preferred.Knowledge of French or Spanish preferred.Budget management experience required.Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SalesForce.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

This individual will work with IT Managers and IT staff in other Division and regions, Business Managers and staff, vendors and external service providers.

**Specific Responsibilities: * Liaise with and support business managers and users of information and communication systems.

• Ensure the operational integrity and continuous availability of regional information and communication systems.

• Provide 24x7 operational IT services for the region.

• Ensure quality support for all users, regardless of geographic location in accordance with IT quality procedures.

• Ensure that the IT policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Implement and maintain IT business continuity policies and procedures.

• Ensure that the safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Manage help desk operations.

• Build and maintain working relationships with business units and users within these businesses.

• Implement acceptable service levels for the various business units.

• Recommend corrective actions to reduce support levels.

• Manage and maintain availability of IT infrastructure installed in-house or at external sites.

• Manage the costs associated with the provision of IT services within the region.

• Report to management on IT support, costs and performance within the region.

• Demonstrate understanding of safety requirements and policy as set out in the safety manual.

• Ensure safe work practices are integrated into all methods, quality work instructions and quality audits.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft server operating systems and applications.

• Experience with Cisco networking technologies and products Proactive team player with the ability to lead.

• High attention to detail with the ability to instill a culture committed to the highest quality.

• Availability for flexible working hours and occasional travel to national and international locations.

Role Description:

The US Compliance Lead Senior Manager will be responsible for managing all US federal, state, and local income tax compliance, including full cycle from provision through true-up; as well as special projects as needed to identify and mitigate tax exposures and capitalize on opportunities.
Ongoing responsibilities include:


Ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely completion of all federal and state income tax returns.

Manage the day-to-day relationship with our compliance outsource provider.

Manage all Schedule M-1 calculations and use prior federal tax compliance experience to do value-added reviews of processes to determine taxable income.

Forecast future year taxable income for purposes of GAAP reporting, estimated tax payments, and tax cash flow forecasting.

Develop internal relationships with other financial or operational groups to improve our ability to obtain data needed to accurately forecast taxable income.

Direct the year-end and quarterly GAAP income tax reporting process for the US.

Ensure the accurate GAAP reporting of all US income tax accounts, through processes such as monthly taxes payable account reconciliations.

Perform research of federal income tax issues.

Work with the US tax planning team to ensure planning ideas are accurately reported in the federal income tax returns.

Analyze financial models to determine the impact of tax planning ideas on income taxes payable.

Ensure all federal tax return files are fully documented and audit ready.

Assist in responding to federal and state tax auditor requests.

Supervise the US compliance group staff, including career development and other personnel issues.

Manage the responses to all notices and correspondence from US income tax agencies.

Ensure efficient tax cash flow management; maintain relationship with the Service Center and Treasury to manage cash payment/check request process.

Prepare and plan for audits, including reviewing compliance workpapers.

Develop and implement process and procedures in anticipation of audits.

Advise on current IRS Initiatives.

Monitor compliance with record retention requirements.

Set up and maintain US reserves, including advising on audit issues and tracking likely outcome and settlement potential.

Monitor Statute of Limitations issues, including maintenance of comprehensive forecast of statute closings.

Interact with governmental taxing authorities.

Monitor and maintain policies related to privilege in the planning and compliance process.

Special projects, as applicable.

Basic Qualifications 

10+ years of US Federal tax compliance experience in one or a combination of "Big 4" firms, multinational company or professional services firm environment. 


Experience in the management of all income tax compliance requirements. 


Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

The role: Corporate Operations Engineer, Corporate Linux Team

As a Corporate Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of Google’s office and coordinating technical resources at various regional locations. You are highly technical and can directly support the IT needs of a distributed office. You also must be able to learn new technical skills on the fly. You will provide direct support for a Local network environment based in a mixed Operating System environment (OS X, Linux, Windows). In addition, you will occasionally be required to partner with various teams including security, networking, and infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Provide direct user support for Linux desktops/laptops/servers and user access to corporate network and applications both on the network as well as through remote VPN access.

Participate in qualification and testing of new corporate hardware (desktops/laptops/servers) to ensure optimal Linux performance.

Requirements:

BS degree and/or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant support experience preferred (at least 5 years for senior candidates) and also experience with various operating systems (Linux/Unix).
Experience with scripting languages (i.e. Python) a plus.
Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and leadership skills are required.
Understanding of LAN/WAN and mobile computing environments.

The role: Regional Corporate Network Deployment Manager, TPM Office and Technology

As the Regional Corporate Network Deployment Manager you will build, manage and lead a group of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) in the successful on-time delivery of Google offices in your region. You are technically proficient, can grasp complex issues and present them clearly and concisely, and understand project and business goals. You will be accountable to identify risk, dependency and resource needs in the deployment of specific network technology projects. Working with your team you will gather and implement network requirements, evaluate new and upgrade existing network equipment.
Responsibilities:

Successfully manage a team of TPMs who are responsible for the successful turn-up of Google offices and corporate data centers.
Manage a team of TPMs who successfully partner with the network engineering and network deploy teams to deliver corporate network technologies.
Handle the majority of escalation and problem resolution between different deployment teams to successfully meet due dates.
Provide metrics on the success and failures of each project with recommendations on ways to improve to each of the engineers team involved.
Build successful relationship with the internal and external teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
5 years project/program management experience with large, complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing senior resources (Technical Program Managers and Engineers).
Enterprise Networking, Layer 1 Infrastructure Experience, and previous hands-on ability with on-site technical deployments (fiber, copper, cabling, server room, rack setup, etc).
Portfolio Management – multiple concurrent projects which require prioritization, scheduling, risk management, contingency planning.
