Continued growth has created opportunities for highly talented individuals to join our London and New York offices at Investment Associate level.

You will be a pre MBA with fluent English, solid financial and business modelling skills, good transactional experience and strong analytical abilities gained from 18 months to three years in a relevant industry; for example, M&A, private equity, transactions services or investment consulting.

Responsabilities Analysis Qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate potential transactions including performing detailed sector and company research and analysis Work either independently, or in some cases, with a Senior Associate or Manager to analyse a fund position Conduct due diligence and assist with deal execution and transaction management Prepare materials for Investment Committee and other internal meetings Present the analysis at Asset Review as required Interact with external consultants and advisers as required regarding analysis Assist with closing administration Structuring and execution Work with the deal team and Collers in-house legal team to prepare and coordinate the execution of NDAs, offer letters, purchase agreements and other legal and transaction documentation Post-investment monitoring Keep up-to-date on portfolio performance and address any specific requests for action or approval (for example, receipt and sale/retention of distributed stock proceeds) Prepare returns forecasts, commentary and other investment information for Coller Capital limited partners meetings and regular portfolio review/as required Deal sourcing, marketing and fund-raising Conduct desk research for marketing, deal sourcing and fund raising Coller Capital The Associate role provides an opportunity to work within one of the worlds most respected private equity firms (2014, Financial News European Secondaries Firm of the Year).

KPMG's International Executive Services (IES) practice strives to help companies as they work to manage their international assignment programs. When our clients send their employees on international assignment, KPMG professionals provide proactive planning ideas and advise clients on international human resources and tax best practices. IES provides compliance, advisory, and administration services to help support our clients' businesses and assignees. IES also provides clients with global equity and incentive compensation tax advisory services, which includes providing advice on global corporate compliance and related employer and employee tax issues.

As an IES tax manager - global equity tax advisory services, you will assist the partner and team in providing tax technical advice to multinational clients and manage broad based projects that involve international taxation and corporate tax compliance associated with equity-based and incentive compensation.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client expectations and delivery of services to corporate clients with international assignees, international local hires, and cross-border employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist with internal risk management procedures including engagement letters and inter-firm agreement process
- Coordinate and conduct periodic client meetings
- Develop and deliver approved presentations within KPMG and to select outside organizations
- Perform analysis of global tax calculations related to corporate payroll reporting and withholding on incentive compensation for international and cross-border employees
- Assist with development and teaching of equity-based compensation courses for IES professionals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Three years of expatriate tax and incentive compliance experience
- Prior experience within public accounting advising clients on global incentive compensation issues
- Extensive experience in equity-based awards and incentive compensation administration, including tax technical and corporate compliance experience
- Able to supervise and mentor staff
