Some of the duties of this position may include monitoring schedule and progress on designated projects, reviewing the financial status (Cost Reports, Cost Projections, Billings and Collections) on the designated project, and maintaining communication and coordination with project managers, project engineers, field engineers and foreman on the project.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Heavy and highway construction practices and techniques, Civil engineering and construction principles, Standard and special specifications, Testing standards, and Estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
Experience with setting forms for columns, caps, bridge decks and overhangs, and set-up and operation of bridge deck machines, and 10+ years of heavy highway experience is required for this position.
