Job Description: The Senior Business Development Representative, Fluid Haul USA will effectively participate as a key member on the URS Flint Business Development team. This position is Houston, Texas based and will support the growth of Transportation Services with primary focus on the Eagle Ford, Bakken and Permian for Fluid Services division. This position reports directly to the Vice President Business Development, Oil and Gas, URS Flint USA and General Manager, Fluid Services USA.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Proactively support URS Flint Fluid Haul USA Group with Business Development needs.Work with BD members and Operations to develop accounts in support of targeted growth for the Fluid Services USA Group.Develop relationships with key personnel in target account organizations.Identify opportunities for Fluid Services USA bids, develop and implement strategies to ensure URS Flint is on the bid list.Host opportunity review meetings with management and operations to discuss RFQ/Bid opportunities with targeted accounts.This position will be the primary contact with clients for Bid, No Bid within the Gate process.Develop internal relationships with URS and URS Flint BD and Operations personnel to support growth of Fluid Services USA opportunities.Participate and network at industry associations, take in any capacity and logistics, events and conferences Report monthly and quarterly to management on strategic planned activities.Identify, assess and recommend new markets and business opportunities to Senior Management.Work with management in the development and implementation of associated marketing and business development plans to capitalize on these opportunities.Monitor and evaluate business development activities, especially in relation to planned/targeted results and prepare associated reports/analysis for management.Maintain and report Line of Site new opportunities upcoming with targeted accounts.Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) computer based software requiring daily entry of account calls, project updates and customer contact list updates.
