Job Purpose and primary objectives:


To be responsible for business development, meeting order book value (OBV) & revenue targets for  Platform HRO Solution for North America market across multiple industries.


 In addition to lead generation, the responsibility extends to working closely with Pre-Sales team for defining best-fit solution for customers and driving sales growth by collaborating with other company sales professionals


Key responsibilities


Participate in formulation of sales strategies for the NA market
To identify and develop new sales enquiries by:-
Working closely with the company’s BRMs & account team managers to identify & target existing clients with the HRO platform proposition
Participation in key Go-To-Market events and analyst interactions
Managing relationships with Third Party Advisors like Everest, Equaterra etc.
Achieving OBV targets by converting prospects into clients.
To focus on large profitable deals and ensure high win to loss ratio for qualified leads
Ensuring continuous interaction with prospective customers to understand their needs & challenges related to HR outsourcing
Working alongside Head-NA Sales, Head-HRO Platform and Head-Platform BPO Solutions in qualification of opportunities, by sharing specific customer insights, and identifying, evaluating & finalizing third party alliances needed to deliver the end-to-end HR solutions.
Closely collaborating with HRO Pre-sales Team for solutioning & mapping customer requirements
Developing positive and long lasting relationships with customer organizations (CIO, HR Heads etc.)


Other responsibilities           


Assist with Marketing & Branding activities via conceptualizing as well as participating in webinars, trade shows, conferences etc.
Sharing HR best practices, local legal compliance requirements and latest market demand/development with Platform build team
Mentoring and nurturing peers / subordinates
Ensure continuous improvement in customer and employee satisfaction

Key Attributes


Solid grasp of process knowledge and best practices across Human Resources and Payroll functions
Familiar with pricing components and respective market prices of HR outsourcing solutions  under a utility pricing model
Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
Ability to convince customers on improvement and demonstrated consultative approach to selling
Well connected and well known within HR community
At ease in developing and delivering HRO content presentations to customers
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously

Experience required:


Education to degree level required, Masters degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or HR strongly preferred
10+ years of total work experience in Sales, Pre-sales, BPO and Consulting in the HRO domain.
Should have managed sales target for at least 3 years and have successful stint in sales role in HR outsourcing with annual OBV of $ 10-15 Million.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; well refined selling and presentation skills
Thought leadership and out of the box thinking
Self starter and ambitious
Good negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
Strong local market knowledge and understanding of its challenges
Well connected in the market with suppliers, customers, advisors

Experience in the following areas will be of advantage:


Experienced in ERP HR modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce
Administration etc. for NA geography
Experience in selling HR solutions through SAP
Experience in selling Cloud based HR solutions
Has been in Top roles in HR (CHRO, VP) for a reasonable amount of time
