Responsibilities may include:
Processing pre-employment due diligence (PEDD) submissions to ensure candidates are administered in conjunction with ConocoPhillips' recruiting policies and goals Working with vendors and other internal groups to ensure that candidates are progressing through the PEDD process in a timely manner Providing quality and courteous customer service to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners whose candidates are in the PEDD process Processing and managing a high volume of PEDD requests, incoming calls and email requests in a timely manner Maintaining a broad knowledge of the entire recruiting process Identifying process improvements and assist with implementing streamline processes Understanding the HR Shared Services value add to the HR function and ConocoPhillips
Qualifications
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States 1+ years of experience in human resources or recruiting Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred:
Have an understanding of the data privacy laws and implications of non-compliance Intermediate knowledge of SAP and SharePoint Process oriented Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Promotes best practices, and works to improve processes Ability to establish priorities and budget time in order to meet strict deadlines Follows through on commitments Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering results while maintaining a safe environment Responds resourcefully, flexibly and positively when faced with challenges and demands Builds positive relationships across organizations that foster a strong work environment Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
