The US Enterprise Services Marketing Demand Generation and Regional Event support team leads and manages our customer facing events and the demand generation activities for MSFT Enterprise Services across the US. The primary objectives for this team is to drive new opportunities into our field pipeline accelerating revenue growth while aligning with a variety of USNA Sales and USM&O teams and the regional services leadership on our primary demand gen events and initiatives.
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead this end-to-end effort and manage a team of dedicated regional vendors supporting the in region activity. This leader will be responsible for partnering with the Regional General Managers and Business Development Mangers to co-build the in region marketing plans, manage the associated regional and national budgets, and own the demand generation reporting which drives our ROI analysis of individual event and activities. Success in these activities will include collaboratively working with Field and WW Subsidiary Product Marketing Managers and Services Marketing Leads in developing marketing programs, tracking and monitoring progress of programs, communicating transformation through social media and traditional communication techniques, and supporting the region based colleagues in program execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Budget and fiscal compliance responsibility for US Enterprise Services marketing and demand generation annual budget;
• Building and managing national event and demand generation business plan, co-building regional event and demand generation business plans with regional GMs. End to end execution, measurement and ROI reporting of all activity;
Developing monthly field communications to promote new capabilities, upcoming events, results and outstanding actions of prior events and program status;
• Supporting demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth measuring effectiveness across organizations;
• Supporting the Services Marketing Program Plan, measuring its execution and ensuring operational excellence with Corporate HQ;
• Supporting seamless business execution through end-to-end management of community and role excellence processes and tools;
• Implementing core processes and associated operational infrastructure in support of Planning Management, and Business Management (community, ROLE, and Execution Reporting);

• Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy;
• Exceptionally strong communication skills, excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams and organizations in a global work environment;
• Experience with business solution development methodology, identification and evaluation of business program and process improvement opportunities, ability to work with project and operations groups to define effective and efficient processes;
• Understanding of the professional services business and multi-year field experience with enterprise customers is a plus; and
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is necessary, and experience with SharePoint/SharePoint Online is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in a business or technical field, or a comparable combination of education and experience;
• 5+ year of experience managing marketing programs, demand generation activities, events, and communications.
• 4-5+ years program management experience in a multi-region or global environment;
• 2-3+ years of change management experience, developing communications to promote change, and reinforce through change management processes;
• 1-2+ years of experience with Office365, SharePoint, and Yammer to provide collaborative solutions for field marketers
