Dynamics CRM Technology Sales Professional

As a Dynamics CRM Technology Sales Professional (TSP) you will assist the US Centralize Dynamics CRM team in qualifying, developing and managing Dynamics related CRM/xRM sales opportunities. Along with the other sales team members in your geography, you will play an integral part in maximizing our long term revenue growth, ensuring successful deployment of our products and improving customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will communicate and transfer business process / solutions sales knowledge. The US Centralized Sales CRM TSP will be focused on Demand Generation (seminars, tradeshows), Solution Development (Discovery), and Proof Phases (Demonstrations) of the sales cycle.   In the sales cycle, the TSP is responsible for building sales expertise of our partners and supporting our Dynamics selling team with solution demonstration and mapping of the CRM/xRM solutions to the customers’ business.   To accomplish this, the TSP must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.

The US Centralized Sales CRM TSP is a critical part of the account team and works closely with the Microsoft Account Team, Specialist Unit and Dynamics partners. When a partner is involved, the TSP assists in communicating Microsoft advantage and value. The TSP is an escalation resource, to assist in the sales process, for top tier managed partners (top 30%). The TSP also provides business solutions technical evangelism to the broader community of partners and customers in the selected region through 1: many events (live, web.)

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability working with executive level stakeholders at enterprise customers to map Dynamics solutions to business initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the business value of our Dynamics application solutions and products and position them in competitive scenarios. Applicants should have a strong technical sales background with 5+ year's industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists. Candidate must be able to guide, manage and influence virtual teams. Candidate must be proficient in creating Solution Strategy mapped to the business plan for the accounts assigned.

A BA/BS or MS degree is desired and 20% or greater domestic travel is required.   This position will be based out of one of our Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) locations such as Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Atlanta, GA or Irvine, CA.   Preference will be given to candidates that have experience selling Dynamics business applications or competitive offerings from other companies such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP and Sugar CRM.
