We have a great role for you, working as a Business Program Manager in the new WW Premier organization.
Microsoft Services Premier Support helps Microsoft’s commercial customers maximize value from their IT investments through lower costs, risk and downtime and improved technology adoption, IT department capabilities and end user productivity. These benefits are delivered by Microsoft’s top subject-matter experts who help them with a wide range of needs, including urgent break fix scenarios, system security, forward looking risk assessments, a rich portfolio of proactive services to deliver IT service delivery plans designed to optimize people, processes and technology.
We are looking for a strong, proven talent who will help land key program in the form of new premier offerings, IP, and delivery capabilities to drive significant, business growth for our premier business. In this role, you will support the Field Enablement function on behalf of WW Premier HQ, spanning multiple geographies and subsidiaries. You will collaborate with direct and indirect stakeholders and partner closely with key stakeholders from services HQ and the field teams to realize strategic impact and drive the success of enterprise offerings in the field.. You will oversee a portfolio of strategy programs while also driving landing activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop trusted relationships the our premier and GBS field to drive the processes of change management , landing enterprise offerings and programs as well as collecting and providing feedback from the areas back to Services HQ teams.
Assist in driving change and governance processes, under the direction of your sponsors to prioritize, formulate, plan and execute on strategic change Programs.
Execute on strategic programs, applying proven approaches to change management and landing execution.
Be an advocate for Premier Delivery stakeholders.
With these responsibilities, you will be measured on impact of field adoption and landing of key programs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have:
8+ years’ experience program or project management or similar background
5+ years’ experience is a services organization (preferably premier or GBS)
5+ years’ experience change management, six sigma or other change management tools
Proven planning & relationship building skills to develop an environment of trust, conducive to change
Proven collaborator and partner with others to achieve impact through influence in matrix organizations
Proven coordination skills, ability to facilitate and bring teams together, to fulfill on the virtual leadership nature of the role
Proven communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across many groups and stakeholders
Ability to resolve ambiguity or conflict situations to bring global teams and field teams into alignment
