Enterprise Company is searching for a Java Development Specialist to be responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code. The System Specialist is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of complex modules and those that interface with other applications. The System Specialist has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by Client Service Teams.
The Java System Senior Analyst is involved hands on in designing, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements. He/she applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications.
Basic Qualifications:
2 years Java development and maintenance experience utilizing web-based applications such as J2EE, JDK, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and HTML
2 years experience with the following technologies, platforms and languages: J2EE 1.5, XML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript
2 years of overall experience in software development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field
1 year experience with Java Open Source frameworks: Spring or Struts, as well as Hibernate or iBatis
2 years experience in Production support of Applications involving multiple Technology stack including App Server, DB and Web components.
1 Yr or technical experience with WebSphere, JBoss.
