The Bing Ads Mobile search team is responsible for assisting premium direct and agency clients to reach their maximum revenue and performance potential through their Mobile search campaigns with Bing Ads. We are looking for a top performing Account Manager, with search advertising experience who will work within an account team to understand and meet our client’s needs, drive mobile adoption and implementation.   If you are looking for an opportunity to impact premium search clients by helping them reach their full potential with Bing Ads Mobile and improve our internal tools and processes, this job could be for you!

Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Bing Account Manager, you will work within a Mobile Account team to drive mobile adoption, provide and present customized proposals based on client goals and conversion metrics (KPIs), ensure timely implementation, provide post implementation reporting, support and track progress. The goal is to set clients up for success from a mobile education, performance and revenue perspective and drive advertiser satisfaction and mobile search revenue.

To be successful in this role you must have a can-do attitude, work well within a team, have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and consider yourself adaptable. You will need to be able to effectively navigate numerous tools, teams, environments, and personalities on a daily basis. Must be able to excel in servicing to customers and partners via email, phone and in-person meetings.

Qualifications:

•      Minimum 2 years of experience in fast paced client service, online digital media, and either paid search or display advertising campaigns required (3+ years of experience preferred)

•      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

•      4 plus years technology or online advertising industry experience preferred

•      2 plus years of experience working with Google, Yahoo!, Facebook and/or other relevant search engine toolsets on pay-for-performance search products preferred

•      Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and build ongoing relationships, and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
