The Engagement team responsibility is to maximize our customers efficacy across Office365 scenarios through continuous analysis and experimentation. The team is pushing software development through the new data first approach.
We are looking for a talented and motivated software engineer with experience in service and server environment. The position offers stimulating combination of self-driven research of various data mining and analysis techniques and coding challenges across many components and scenarios. It includes, but not limited to, improving current or new scenarios, enhancing/creating new tools to further our analysis capabilities, as well as troubleshooting real life customer scenarios in Exchange Datacenter.
Ideal candidates will have:
• A BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in software development with C# and .NET
• Experience with multi-threaded development.
• Excellent communication, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal/external teams.
• Knowledge of large scale data storage, machine learning and efficient data mining are a plus.
• Knowledge of Services, Windows, SQL and/or protocols such as MAPI are preferred
