Internet Marketing Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Key organizational business development role focused on increasing web site traffic and generating online revenue growth through search engine and email marketing initiatives; Provides management oversight and execution of internet marketing strategies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

 People (Nurturing High Performance)
? Coordinates, confers, and negotiates with managers from the company's business units and internal departments.
? Provides online marketing advice to organizational units.

 Process (Developing Operational Excellence)
? Participates in the design and implementation of internet marketing plans.
? Develops and executes high impact Internet marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEO and PPC), banner advertising and alliance marketing campaigns.
? Manages day-to-day operation of company's multiple websites and provides analytics review. Creating, editing and maintaining web content; developing and managing reporting and tracking databases; and managing website change requests.
? Manages search engine marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
? Manages organization's e-mail marketing program
? Achieves satisfactory ROI for Internet marketing campaigns in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
? Ensuring implementation of new online marketing initiatives and helping to identify new marketing opportunities, and collaborating with senior management to manage multichannel marketing assets associated with product launches.
? Increase and optimize all elements of online customer acquisition.
? Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing internet marketing campaigns.
? Monitors online competitive products and marketing activities. Tracks current and emerging e-commerce trends.
? Guides preparation of online marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
? Maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all online product lines.
? Analyze website data including traffic patterns, reservation volume, conversion, navigation behavior and product selection to make strategic and tactical recommendations and site improvements.

 Profit (Customer Service and Revenue Management)
? Manages internet marketing operating budget.
? Ensures effective control of online marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications required.
? Expert knowledge of Dreamweaver or similar web site editing software required.
? Proficiency in Fireworks or similar image editing software required.
? Expert knowledge of Google AdWords, Yahoo Sponsored Search & Microsoft Advertising adCente required.
? Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics software requied.
? Proficiency in ExactTarget Email Marketing Software required.
? Working knowledge of HTML, and knowledgeable about JavaScript, CSS, ASP & PHP required.
? Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology (DART, Atlas, etc.) required.
? Must be able to perform Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Click-Through-Rates (CTR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), Return-On-Investments (ROI)/Return-On-Advertising-Spend (ROAS) calculations.
? Must have expertise in search marketing/SEM a must; SEO (search engine optimization) and PPC (Paid-Per-Click) advertising campaign management.
? Must have understanding of all digital media disciplines (including display and emerging/social media).

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

? 5+ years of internet marketing experience and/or training required.
? 2+ years of web site development and/or content management experience required.
