Our client, an award-winning manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire, is looking for an HR Manager to fulfil a key role within the management team. Based locally with responsibility for other sites, this is an excellent chance to be part of a progressive and successful organisation.
Your remit will be to lead on all HR activities across the business, providing a strong, professional operational HR service as well as delivering on a range of practical strategies in areas such as talent management, reward, resourcing, development and performance management.
The background required should include previous HR management experience ideally gained in a commercial multi-site environment in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, distribution or food processing. You should also be CIPD qualified with a good track record of managing a small team and the ability to demonstrate credibility and confidence as part of a senior team.
