The Xbox division is continuously looking for the next great end-to-end experiences that will (re)define the future of entertainment. The Xbox Incubation team is looking for a Senior Program Manager that will help us find and develop those game changing experiences.
We're looking for an extremely strong Senior Program Manager with 8+ years of experience who has a great track record, including shipping multiple large scale products. A knowledge of user interface design, platform architecture and NUI is desired.
You will be expected to ramp up quickly in a variety of areas from a new game engine to the latest algorithms from Microsoft Research. A BS or MS in computer science or related discipline is preferred.
In addition to extremely strong technical and organizational skills, this person will need to enjoy being part of a fast moving, high-technology, cross-discipline creative and artistic team. The successful candidate will have strong communications skills and must be able to work well in a highly technical environment across disciplines, cross-group and with external partners.
