This is a high-level, consultative sale calling on CEOs and CFOs of companies with revenues of $10M - $2B. Their service has 40%+ penetration in Europe but only 4% in the U.S. In 1998, my client purchased the #1 U.S. company in this space to enter the U.S. (which is the last untapped market for their service).
•U.S. sales have increased from $87M in 1998 to $250M in 2011
•This is a book of business sale where you retain and continue to earn commissions on an account for the life of the account.
•Currently 90 sales reps in the U.S. expanding to more than 150 in the next 5 years.
•2011 was a record year for profits.
•Strong promotion possibilities both in the US and abroad.
•8-16% annual sales force annual turnover 2006 to present.
•Highly flexible, results-oriented environment. You are not micro-managed.
•Strong benefits – 9% retirement contribution, $725/mo for car, medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, all business expenses (corporate Amex card).
•$65-80k base, no caps on commissions. Average 1st year reps earn $110-130k.
•In 2011, the #1 rep made $398k, #2 made $386k and #3 made $384k.
