EPIC Ambulatory Application Coordinator/Business Systems Analyst
Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities
Configures and maintains EPIC Ambulatory modules and platform
Conducts and communicates systems analysis support:
o Offering new insurance products and clinical services
o Systems Integration
o Optimization of existing business processes
o System upgrades and code packages
o Production support and data issues
o Performance and Compliance initiatives
Researches, designs, implements and communicates system based solution components for complex business problems and operational challenges
Pro-active coordination and communication with National and Regional team members
Top 3 - 5 Required Skills
EPIC Ambulatory certified
Experience with workflow analysis, building and troubleshooting
Previous experience with EPIC implementations
Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines
Desired skills
Health Plan and/or Care Delivery experience
Information technology experience.
Strong knowledge of physician office workflows
Other EPIC certifications
Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation experience
Soft Skills
Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate strategic thinking.
Ability to deal with dynamic people with minimal guidance.

Is a 4 year degree required?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare and/or comparable application experience required

Phase 1 will be a 30 minute phone screen
