The Home Monitoring Business Analysis competency center provides business analysis and functional analysis to drive product and service requirements for the development of global end to end solutions involving complex software application solutions and hardware products within Home Monitoring business lines in multiple geographies. This is accomplished through flexible, measurable and efficient stakeholder collaboration, allowing projects to better identify and meet stakeholder expectations, improve quality, support delivery on time, and on budget with a consistent way of working.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in teams to gather and analyze requirements; create documentation to gain stakeholder agreement and to enable development of proprietary applications, including but not limited to process maps, models, diagrams, specific requirements, rules, use cases, user stories, workflows and acceptance tests.
- Participate in teams to analyze operational processes and document current and proposed workflows, processes and procedures
- Participate in teams to validate the solution meets stakeholder expectations through user acceptance testing
- Support the operational teams and customer representatives to ensure the solution implementation has necessary training, process optimization and release planning.
- Interview business counterparts and facilitate workshops to effectively draw out and articulate the business need / problem / opportunity to be addressed.
- Ability to understand and communicate project constraints to the requirements stakeholders
- Apply critical thinking with strong listening and communication skills to clarify needs.
- Responsible to follow the approved methodology for business analysis
- Embrace and promote an entrepreneurial atmosphere of world-class innovation with speed, focus and accountability.
- Support the maintenance of a shared business analysis toolkit of templates, samples, techniques, and tools leveraging best practices

- Ability to synthesize data into models
- Process-driven analysis skills and experience using a variety of requirements elicitation methods, including one-on-one interviewing and group workshops

Qualifications:
- Experience with UML methodology
- Familiarity with requirements management tools
- Familiarity with structured and agile methodologies across all phases of the SDLC
- Ability to facilitate group workshops and conduct interviews
- Technical skills: Word, Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, Visio
- BA/BS in a relevant degree required
- Demonstrated planning, organization, and execution skills
- MBA preferred / valuable
Other:
- Strong written and oral communication essential; excellent presentation skills
- Ability to partner with all levels of business users and customers
- Leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Survey design and analysis experience desired
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry a plus
