Your Responsibilities:
- Detailed understanding of X-Ray & High-Voltage systems.
- Function as technical focal-point for Project related decision-making.
- Ability to manage 3rd-Party vendors.
- Proven ability to design, develop and implement control as well as high-voltage hardware and software components.
- Implements Company adopted national and international quality standards.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-discipline environment.
- Works with Project / Program team to define technical needs.
- Works with technical teams to define implementation.
- Manages 3rd-Party vendors to ensure appropriate solutions are available on time.
Your Profile:
? Bachelor degree in Electrical and/or System Engineering and/or Science with 7 or more years of related work experience, preferably with a strong background in medical equipment.
? Master’s degree preferred
? 7 yrs experience developing High-Voltage Sub-System
? 5 yrs experience developing X-Ray Sub-Systems
? 5 yrs experience developing control electronic
? 5 yrs experience working with 3rd-Party vendors.
? 5 yrs experience working in a multi-discipline environment
? Must have a good understanding of system and sub-system engineering.
? Must possess the ability to lead, manage and critique Critical Design Reviews.
? Must possess the ability to direct continual HW quality improvement based on root-cause analyses.
? Must have the ability to specify design solutions, which are derived from higher level product requirements.
? Must have a working knowledge of configuration/change management processes and procedures.
? Must have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
? Experience planning NPI development projects from conceptualization through release is required.
? Product development experience (understand importance of serviceability, obsolesce planning and transition, large installed base, etc) is required.
? Must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
? Must have outstanding interpersonal relations and team working capabilities
