About the position:
Our development and test teams have a need for many test environments to be able to efficiently develop new games and platform features. In this role you will work within the Configuration Management team to ensure that our functional, performance and system test environments are in an up-to-date and working state. This includes setup, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting our Glassfish/JBoss/Tomcat application servers. It also entails deployment of our different applications to these application servers using Hudson/Jenkins. Other work areas are to provide technical expertise to our development teams, improving automation of setup and configuration, quality assurance and knowledge transfer between our development and operations departments.
What's your background?
We believe that the ideal candidate has a technical degree in Computer Science (or similar) and at least 3 years of experience within configuration management and in particular with managing test environments. You should also have a solid knowledge and experience with SOLARIS, Glassfish and Hudson. Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 and with other build and application technologies are also desirable. We require that you are fluent in English and it’s a merit if you are also fluent in Swedish.
