One of the premier financial services/wealth management firms catering exclusively to ultra high net worth private clients, endowments and trusts, is once again recruiting throughout the nation to augment their sales organization. We are seeking new business, hunter type, senior sales candidates to sell a variety of financial products and services to the target market. We are looking in most major cities but are currently focusing on filling positions in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa/Orlando and Washington DC.
This is a very high earnings position with a generous base income, which, when combined with a production based commission income should yield long term compensation in the upper six figures as well as affording the opportunity to earn into seven figures.
In addition to the strong new business sales background, additional “must haves” are:
You must have a 4 year degree from an accredited school, an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
You must have at least 8-10 years of progressively successful relationship sales experience and be customer/client oriented.
You must have an engaging personality and be able to quickly build trust and confidence with your clients. You must want to be a trusted advisor.
You must be able to demonstrate high earnings over the past several years and show where you have worked through and succeeded during difficult times.
You must have a financial “stripe” in your background, either through formal education, work related or your own personal appetite for knowledge. You must understand the difference between finance and accounting.
You must be a fearless networker and have a strong referral network in place.
You must have either built your own successful business or built a successful business within your employer’s structure. In other
words, we are only looking for entrepreneurial, self-motivated personalities.
You should be involved in your community and be involved in various clubs and organizations…not because your job requires it but because that’s who you are.
