ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS TO INCLUDE:
Answering phone for scholarship office, providing answers to
general questions, greeting visitors, monitor scholarships email account
Sort & prioritize scholarship mail, scholarships checks,
& other documents, order supplies, process reimbursements
Create, merge & mail scholarship letters; assign
appropriate fund codes to scholarship accounts ensuring proper matching &
awarding; log student scholarship decisions in Banner
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and
two scholarship coordinators
Assist with Academic Works (Scholarship Module)
Assist in planning of scholarship events including Honors
Day
HOURLY RATE OF PAY:
$12.09- $15.22 Commensurate with qualifications and experience

High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required. Preference may be given to higher levels of education and experience as it relates to the job vacancy. Related e
xperience to include working in an institution of higher education and financial aid experience preferred. Earned degree preferred.
Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
