Role: Reliability Engineer (Production and Process Equipment)
Overview:
Provide support to project & operational teams in identifying technical risk and developing appropriate reliability strategies for topsides and onshore oil and gas production systems. This is to be accomplished by delivering Reliability Engineering studies for production and process equipment, including pumps, compressors and gas turbines.
Reliability studies comprise: Failure Mode and Effect analysis (FMECA’s); Reliability, Availability and Maintainability analysis (RAM’s); Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF); Mean Time to Repair (MTTR); and Life Cycle Cost (LCC); as well as other methodologies and techniques related to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Experience Required:
• Graduate in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry;
• Familiar with international codes and standards, including API, ASME and ISO;
• Minimum 3 year experience developing FMECA, RAM, MTBF, MTTR and LCC studies, as applied to rotating equipment (pumps, compressors and gas turbines) in Oil and gas production;
• Experience in the use and application of the OREDA database;
• Physically capable of completing offshore safety training;
