The Opium Group, South Beach’s top nightlife group is looking to fill an array of positions. We are seeking qualified individuals to assist with operations and internal office tasks and fulfill the following roles (day and evening shifts available):
Administrative Assistant/Office Manager/Receptionist/Departmental Support
Applicants must be organized, professional, and fluent in English.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating a high volume multi-line phone (4 lines)
- Greet incoming guests
- Performing administrative duties
- Running daily and weekly excel reports
- Opening and closing the office
- Filing
- Scanning
- Data Entry
- Appointment Scheduling
- Supply Orders
- Oversee all office maintenance issues
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a functioning and productive office environment
- Process credit cards on virtual terminal
- Respond to chargeback inquiries
- Chargeback management
- Work with HR staff to support all recruiting and hiring needs
- Assist and support the Accounting Department
- Manage receiving and deliveries
- Ability to lift boxes
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Experience operating a multi-line phone
- Ability to show discretion in working with highly confidential documents is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of patience, diplomacy and tact
