Summary This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of new IRA account paperwork and all transfers that are coming into GoldSar Trust and perform other duties, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Set up new IRA accounts; Process all transfers and rollover’s in – this includes the Transfers In-Kind; Distribute checks, investment directions and other pending paperwork to the correct department for their processing; Make sure that all CIP/guidelines are followed per regulations; Check edit list for check’s received and posted outside this department so paperwork process can be completed; Communicating with Brokers and clients regarding problems or issues with paperwork; Follow-up calls on transfers that have not been received in a timely manner; Tracking logs, weekly; Daily quality control Sort and distribute mail, daily; Attend required training classes; and Other work related duties, as assigned

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
