THE POSITION:
Studio office in San Anselmo, is in search of an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support our current Office Manager. This person will help run the office, as well as assist with all personal assistant duties for our extremely busy Principal – the ideal candidate is very motivated, enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
This is a full-time/flexible position including health benefits. Entry level salary is $17-$22/hour dependent upon experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all office maintenance & organization
- Assist in implementation of systems to improve workflow, efficiency & productivity
- Support the office manager with the principal’s home maintenance projects and household management needs as they arise
- Electronic project filing in Dropbox & Google Docs
- Assist in booking travel arrangements & office event organization
- Correspond with potential clients, vendors and workrooms as needed
- Run miscellaneous errands such as delivering or picking up items for clients
- Update social media accounts
- Any & all administrative tasks that may arise
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Resourceful self-starter who can work both independently & as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Responsible, flexible, highly detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Friendly & outgoing with authentic customer service skills
- Professional demeanor & sound judgment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient with Macs – light troubleshooting for basic IT issues
