Office Manager/Personal Assistant job - ALI - San Anselmo, CA


THE POSITION:
Studio office in San Anselmo, is in search of an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support our current Office Manager. This person will help run the office, as well as assist with all personal assistant duties for our extremely busy Principal – the ideal candidate is very motivated, enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail-oriented.


This is a full-time/flexible position including health benefits. Entry level salary is $17-$22/hour dependent upon experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle all office maintenance & organization

  • Assist in implementation of systems to improve workflow, efficiency & productivity

  • Support the office manager with the principal’s home maintenance projects and household management needs as they arise

  • Electronic project filing in Dropbox & Google Docs

  • Assist in booking travel arrangements & office event organization

  • Correspond with potential clients, vendors and workrooms as needed

  • Run miscellaneous errands such as delivering or picking up items for clients

  • Update social media accounts

  • Any & all administrative tasks that may arise

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Resourceful self-starter who can work both independently & as part of a team

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Responsible, flexible, highly detail-oriented

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Friendly & outgoing with authentic customer service skills

  • Professional demeanor & sound judgment

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Proficient with Macs – light troubleshooting for basic IT issues
