The Patient Representative position is assigned to the Patient Advocacy Program in Customer Service. The incumbent serves as the liaison between the Health Care System, the Director, patients/families and staff of the facility and the community it serves regarding patient rights and advocacy. The work site is either at the Tuskegee Campus, Columbus CBOC, Montgomery HCC or Montgomery Campus. The position may involve travel or temporary assignment to any CAVHCS site to provide coverage or participate in organizational activities/functions as assigned.
