Work at Home Interviewer- (SEASONAL) job - Sitel - Work at Home

Sitel’s Work@Home interview team is responsible for evaluating candidates interested in becoming Work@Home customer service agents. This team will work from home conducting phone interviews by asking prospective candidates a series of questions to gauge the competency of the candidate against a set criterion. This position is unique in that hours vary each week depending on business needs. An ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work when needed, which may include weekend and evenings hours.

Skills need:
Multi tusker

call center experience

Available weekends and nights

Interview experience

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus

Computer savvy

Personality – very professional, not overly friendly. We need someone who is tough

Very clear speech


Education

Minimum High School diploma/GED


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


Job Skills:
Well spoken

Excellent grammar

Good communication skills

Listen and evaluate the competency of the candidate

Previous experience involving verbal interaction with the public

Proficient in computer basics

Customer Service experience


Job Requirements:
Home computer with DSL or Cable internet

Must have prior interview experience- phone interview experience preferred

Must be able to work in a quiet work environment


Other

Must pass a criminal background check
