Typically requires a BS degree and 9 years of experience plus training or an MS degree and 6 years of experience plus required training or a PhD and no experience.
Knowledge of SOCs with embedded ARM CPUs, DSPs, DDR3, peripherals and interconnect protocols such as AHB, AXI, PCI Express etc.
○ Strong HVL (SystemVerilog with OVM or UVM), C/C++, Perl, TCL programming skills.
○ Good knowledge of EDA tools. Experience with signal processing and Matlab/Simulink flows a plus.
○ Experience with Low Power verification techniques and verifying mixed signal ICs a plus
○ Familiarity with assertion writing and formal verification is a plus.
○ Must be a team player with good oral and written communication skills.
○ Self motivated with the ability to work independently and interface effectively with engineers across divisions and remote locations
