Seeking Replacement Workers
Our Longview, Washington location is currently accepting applications for hourly pulp and paper operations positions. These highly compensated hourly positions work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule.
Qualities We’re Seeking:
Individuals who can thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment; know how to be part of a team; can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work, can work inside, outside, etc.) and have the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.

Job Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- A minimum of three years of full-time or part-time employment or schooling (or combination) within the last four years
- Availability to work rotating 12 hour shifts which include weekends but allow for regular 3 and 4 day offs as part of the rotating weekly schedule.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
