Private venue in need of a receptionist immediately. Seeking someone: responsible reliable punctual professional courteous presentable with flexible schedule Job Duties: Answer telephone calls efficiently and professionally Transfer calls to appropriate parties/voice mail boxes Perform simple computer tasks Greet and assist guests Maintain accurate record of guests Correctly total guests’ charges Remain knowledgeable of details and functions of company as well as new schedules and events Ability to recognize guests and recall their names Must be available to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings as well as one Saturday a month and some holidays. Shift begins at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m. Shift schedule is changeable and employee may request days off when advance notice (2 weeks) is given.
