Linden Resources is seeking a Key Entry Clerk II driven to exceed expectations while providing our customers with first class service.

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Under supervision of the call center supervisor will answer incoming calls to support the “Meaningful Access Currency Reader Program.”
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
- Promote good listening skills
- Answer participant questions, as well as questions participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Manage length of calls
- Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls
- Promote teamwork and call center success
- Organize and prioritizes duties
Core Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience and/or training
- Call Center experience highly desired
- Must pass a security background check and Security Clearance (Public Trust) to work at location.
- Candidate must be able to read, write and comprehend information
