Customer Experience Representative - email job - Les Mills On Demand - Remote


Les Mills is on a mission to create a fitter planet. Millions of people already participate in our instructor-led workouts each year across more than 80 countries. We’ve been doing this for years, mixing great music with leading edge science to guarantee results. Now we’ve launched a separate startup to deliver our workouts to every screen imaginable through our new video streaming service, Les Mills On Demand.


We are looking to add two empathetic, knowledgeable, tech-minded remote customer agents to extend our support hours in the US and Europe and provide timely tier 1 responses to user questions and issues. It’s a fantastic flexible part-time position.


We’re hiring remote agents on a 14 hour/week contract. The initial contract is three months, with an option to extend. Ideally, you can regularly work some of those hours on weekend days, but the hours are flexible. You can work from anywhere you have a good connection. And as our userbase grows, your hours can grow with it.


About the contract Support Agent role Are you the person your friends call when their computer isn’t behaving? Do you appreciate fitness? On a typical day you might be called on to triage a customer’s video streaming problem, perform a password reset, pass on customer feedback to the product team, confirm a new website feature, and find out who our contact is on the ground in Belarus (yes, I got that question this week…).


It’s essential that you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, since you’ll be writing back and forth in email with customers. No phone calls, no IM chat. We keep it simple, to the point, and bring a human touch in our helpdesk emails with customers. – Prior experience working in an online customer service role
