We are looking for an HR/Office Assistant for our McBee, SC plant! This position supports the Human Resources Department.


This position is primarily responsible for administrative duties in the HR Department Key Responsibilities include : Fields and responds to employee concerns, including policy, benefits and payroll questions Coordinate the job posting application process, recruiting efforts, applicant tracking, phone interviews and target selection interviewing and scheduling. Oversee factory training matrix; coordinate and factory training facilitation and preparation Coordinate leave of absence paperwork and tracking to include voluntary layoffs, FMLA, Military leave, etc. Coordinate the performance review process Be an active participant in the factory’s employee engagement team. Assists with the Annual Wage Survey Process.


Assists with annual Regulatory Compliance and internal audits. Facilitates New Hire and Benefits Orientation Assists with the Annual Enrollment Process. Provides administrative support to the Regional Human Resource Manager. Assist with various HR reporting, tracking, etc; Set up/maintain employee personnel files Provides support and assistance on site for HR related initiatives Serve as back up to payroll and EAF administrator Helps ensure compliance with all company, state and federal guidelines
