Expertise in a broad range of tools such as MS Project, Excel, Sharepoint, Confluence and Twiki is a strong plus. The prospective candidate must be able to develop a good understanding of internal capabilities, customer requirements and schedules in order to create solid plans and risk-mitigation strategies. The candidate must be a strong leader and facilitator and be able to keep expectations aligned. The candidate must be able to manage and coordinate deliverables between multiple teams both internal as well as external 3rd party consultants or certification agencies to ensure on time delivery of the end product. They must be comfortable learning Broadcom engineering program management processes, exploring new tools, and suggesting improvements.
