Lakeshore Community Services, an agency providing comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities, is recruiting for a full time Scheduler/Administrative Assistant. This position is a highly visible position that reflects the image of the agency. It requires a pleasant personality, professionalism, commitment to confidentiality and at all times ensures that the integrity of the agency is never compromised.


The position involves a combination of administrative, clerical and organizational skills. Experience and familiarization with all aspects of office operations is required. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary. Position requires confidentiality, office management ability and high degree of flexibility and resourcefulness. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with 24 hour employee scheduling for multiple locations is required. Three years scheduling and/or administrative experience required. Additional college or technical training preferred.
