Responsibilities:
Proficient in the use of STARCON timekeeping system (entering labor and equipment into the system and creating costed timesheets for client approval)
Proficient in the use of the timekeeping system for travel pay and per diem (able to figure amount due to each team member and create a report of this information)
Coordinate the paperwork associated with the hiring and release of team members
Data Entry plus 10 key
Understanding and following Policies and procedures
Data processing
Keying Per-Diem allotment and dispersal
Keying dispersal of travel pay to and from job site
Produce reports from the timekeeping system to balance with client system
Required Skills : You must have previous experience with the following skills.
Proficient with Time Entry Systems. CMiC, SAP, and TRACK preferred.
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Filing and recordkeeping skills
Customer service skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of accounting functions
