About Cornerstone OnDemand
When Cornerstone started in 1999, it was nothing more than three people and an idea. Today, all three are still with the company they created, which has grown into a billion dollar global technology company that’s changing the way the world works.
We think that’s pretty cool. And we think it’s important, because that same spirit of collaboration and innovation, that same knowledge that a few passionate people are capable of doing big things, lives in at Cornerstone today.
We’re not a typical tech company, because, well, our employees aren’t your typical techies. We’re inspired by the fact that the code we’re writing helps people grow and develop their careers. We’re inspired by the fact that our customers count on us to help them manage their most valuable asset – their people. And we’re inspired to empower our employees to do big things every day. And equally important, we believe in empowering our communities. That’s why we established the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation in 2010. Through our Foundation, our employees help build the capacity of nonprofits around the world, providing organizations with the human capital management tools and assistance they need to more effectively deliver on their mission and increase their impact. Our goal is simple: we are committed to strengthening the nonprofit sector by transforming the way people help people.
