The Consultant shall deliver to Counterpart the following goods and/or services:


The Human Resources Organizational Development and Training Consultant will work with the VP of Human Resources and other organizational leaders and employees to assess and diagnose organizational issues that impact work flowing through the organization to completion: barriers and roadblocks that inhibit the workflows and work processes; organizational structure barriers; decision making bottlenecks to help determine whether/what issues inhibit employee engagement and development. The Consultant shall make suggestions for improvements in the aforementioned and where possible recommend training solutions. Using adult learning and rapid design techniques, the consultant will create training for employees where real improvements can be realized and professional development can flourish.


Additionally, the consultant will create new on-line learning programs for the global staff and modify existing training so it can be delivered on-line. In partnership with the VP of HR, the consultant will complete the company’s career matrix by linking training options to jobs/roles within the matrix. The consultant will also oversee the global rollout of the company’s LMS – Lingos – and create suggested user statistics for monitoring usage/training delivered via the LMS. Working with the company’s Program Quality and Learning teams, the consultant will also extract our programs field learning and transfer it into development opportunities and training that can be shared organization wide. Lastly, the consultant will make suggestions to the VP of HR from what is discovered in order that a company-wide learning agenda is created and adopted in 2016.


Work schedule/hours can be flexible and can consistent of both on and offsite (working at home) work options as long as aggressive timelines are met.
