If so, come join the Azure Business Operations team as the Content and Communications Program Manager.   We are looking for a highly driven, aspiring individual who is ready to grow their career within the rapidly growing Cloud business.

As the Content and Communications PM on the Enterprise Business Operations team, you will become a subject matter expert in everything Azure.   You will have responsibility for all content as it relates to enterprise business models, service offerings, service metering, promotions and pricing.   This will include content in outbound communications to our key Enterprise Agreement customers and Partners as well as content published on the Azure Enterprise Portal and to our internal licensing, operations and sales teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  Deliver training content for internal operations and sales teams

  Deliver enterprise portal release communications

  Review and approve pricing in global Azure communications

  Own customer messaging on the Azure Enterprise Portal including notification content

  Create and manage training materials, help files and feature documentation

  Manage ad hoc communications with regard to customer specific or global issues

  Ensure Enterprise content lands appropriately on www.azure.com http://www.azure.com>

The candidate must also have:

  A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or closely related field

  5+ years of relevant business experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications:  

  Prior Microsoft experience
