We are looking for a seasoned marketer to be responsible for understanding the needs, behaviors, and business drivers of our partners and then translate those understandings into end-to-end strategies and campaigns that help win Microsoft business through partners. You will develop marketing that communicates why Microsoft SMB Cloud solutions are the right choice for customers and why Microsoft is the right choice for growing a partner’s business.
Core Responsibilities:
This highly collaborative role works across the company to develop, execute and manage to-partner marketing initiatives that grow partner awareness and capacity for Microsoft SMB solutions (O365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL and CRM Online) by:
Influencing US SMB revenue and market share growth by working collaboratively to develop innovative marketing solutions for engaging, enabling and motivating SMB partners
Being a subject matter expert on the partner value proposition for Microsoft SMB Cloud solutions
Developing and executing a competitive partner recruit strategy
Performing marketing analysis to measure ROMI and identify opportunities for growing partner capacity to drive sales growth against SMB sales targets
Incorporating scalability and simplicity in to all your marketing
Maintaining clear and consistent communication across a broad array of internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Strong marketing communications skills
Proven ability to design, develop and execute integrated channel marketing initiatives
Proven ability to think long term about business needs and opportunities
Collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated ability to be effective in a cross-functional environment
Project & Budget management
Positive, “can do” attitude with a passion to drive business results
