An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable and established local employer based in the Hemel Hempstead area. We are looking for an accounts junior to work as part of their team.
Duties include:
- Coding and matching invoices
- Allocating and positing delivery notes and receipts
- Receiving and checking of supplier statement
- Collating and entering customer payments details onto banking sheets
- Supporting the finance team with all areas of administration
Skills/experience needed:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Positive and Professional attitude towards work
- Good team worker
- Committed to task completion
