Account Manager / Customer Services
Account Manager required for market leader MSP in the delivery of IT solutions and cloud solutions to the SME sector. Our client offers customers significantly differentiated solutions and services that bring together best of breed technology sets and customer service in the delivery of highly reliable and efficient solutions that are used daily by well over 4,000 users.
The role is to manage key existing clients this will involve:
Managing clients day to day requirements
Networking within the accounts to generate more business.
Liaise with technical support to address any outstanding technical issues
Liaise with project teams for new requirements
Obtain pricing
You will need to have experience for working in an IT reseller environment, ideally selling hosted or cloud based solutions.
