Routes incoming and outgoing mail appropriately. Routes or answers routine and non-routine inquiries and obtains and furnishes information within departmental and company policy. Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor’s office.
Performs general clerical duties as assigned Schedules appointments, and/or meetings, prepares agenda and maintains supervisor’s calendar.
Organizes and maintains supervisor’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction. Sets up and maintains electronic and hardcopy filing systems.
Prepares letters, memorandums and reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data. Collects and presents data to supervisor for projects and meetings.
Drafts correspondence for supervisor’s final approval.
Conduct research and prepare documentation.
