What You’ll Do
As a Data Coordinator for John Deere Global Internal Audit in Moline, IL, you will perform various analysis and reporting-related duties as a key member of the Common Services Group. In addition, you will:
- Extract and format unit financial data, and provide to audit teams for analysis and testing
- Analyze and maintain data within the MQ1 and Audit Comment Tracking System (ACT) audit systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot auditor time-reporting data to support metrics reporting and ad-hoc requests
- Research travel options for audit teams, troubleshoot and field ad-hoc requests
- Responsible for updating documentation and identifying process improvements
- Monitor and maintain various files and audit templates
What It Takes
We need an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have an Associate’s/Technical degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent work experience. We also require:
- Solid analytical skills and numerical aptitude
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Computer systems knowledge, ideally including the systems used at John Deere
A strong candidate will also have:
- Good working knowledge of excel functions and other advanced Excel features
- Understanding of database administration
