Job Title : Guest Services Coordinator

Department : Guest Services

Reports To: Senior Manager, Guest Services

The Guest Services Coordinator will assist with fan experience matters, acting as a liaison between fans and the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise assigned stadium area during game day, overseeing Guest Services and any ticket holder situations

Prepare Guest Services Booth and Concierge Desks for game day, including event-specific communications and promotional material

Create Supervisor Manuals each week for game day supervisors, including event-specific details and fan-related issues requiring follow-up

Generate post-game reports for issue resolution and talking points for upcoming game day meetings

Allocate Jag Dollars to eight DAILY’s redemption locations and complete reconciliation post-game

Summarize Fan Services game day feedback into post-game report and enter into ISS (stadium’s incident management system)

Assist in training Jaguars event staff

Update Kids Club member database weekly and assist with fulfillment of Kids Club member birthday cards

Attend various Jaguars Kids Club events as well as promotional opportunities

Assist with organizing content for monthly Kids Club e-newsletters and Gameday e-newsletter

Assist with Voice of the Fan Review and follow-up

Assist with Guest Services Team projects

Operate daily in ISS (stadium’s incident management system), following-up as needed with issues, acting as liaison between the fans and the organization

General clerical duties

Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Job Qualifications

Minimum college degree or High School diploma with 2-3 years of service experience.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with the fortitude to multi-task.
