We are looking for a Professional Sales Representatives are required to represent Purdue professionally and with the highest degree of integrity and business ethics. Representatives are responsible for expanding sales in a designated territory and providing continuing education and service to general and specialty physicians. Representatives are responsible for increasing and maintaining sales of company products within a designated territory. Representatives will conduct product presentations to physicians and other health care professionals, primarily at a physician’s office or hospital. Developing an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to each territory and communicating that to colleagues within the company is required. Representatives are responsible for coordinating samples and promotional and educational materials to maximize sales within company, regulatory, and ethical guidelines. All Professional Sales Representatives are accountable for all pharmaceutical samples and associated materials in accordance with PDMA, FDA, and DEA guidelines. Each Representative is responsible for planning and organizing each day’s itinerary and associated meeting plans. From time to time, Representatives are required to attend and participate in medical and/or trade conventions, special company- sponsored functions, field programs in other territories around the country, and company meetings and training programs. Candidates must demonstrate strong selling skills and be highly organized, focused, and dedicated.
