Responsibilities:
- Provide CS Support to Online shop owner in regards to their Ecommerce Website.
- Sales, online marketing, billing, technical issues, third party apps and design are just a few of the types of questions you will be assisting our customers with.
- Assist Customers in Activating and customizing their Ecommerce website.
- Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell.
- Offer additional products and services that help our customers reach their goals.
- Assist our Sales Department with on boarding of new clients.
- Must be able to remain focused in a fast paced environment, speaking to as many as 40 customers per day while taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service / Tele-sales experience.
- You are passionate about customer success and helping the team.
- Ability to proactively help customers with potential trouble and find a resolution to resolve customer complaints.
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
- Must have an excellent telephone presence.
- Experience with online commerce and marketing a plus.
