Customer Support Specialist - Push To Cart - Jersey City, NJ






Responsibilities:


  • Provide CS Support to Online shop owner in regards to their Ecommerce Website.

  • Sales, online marketing, billing, technical issues, third party apps and design are just a few of the types of questions you will be assisting our customers with.

  • Assist Customers in Activating and customizing their Ecommerce website.

  • Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell.

  • Offer additional products and services that help our customers reach their goals.

  • Assist our Sales Department with on boarding of new clients.

  • Must be able to remain focused in a fast paced environment, speaking to as many as 40 customers per day while taking inbound calls and making outbound calls

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service / Tele-sales experience.

  • You are passionate about customer success and helping the team.

  • Ability to proactively help customers with potential trouble and find a resolution to resolve customer complaints.

  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills.

  • Must have an excellent telephone presence.

  • Experience with online commerce and marketing a plus.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $14.00 /hour
